The Sports Diversity Footprint ™ is Committed2Equality’s (c2e) Diversity Certification programme recommended by the ABA of England. It allows clubs which are members of the ABA of England to demonstrate their diversity profile and the club’s commitment to equality and diversity.

2. Register for the c2e Diversity Assured Programme

c2e Diversity Assured covers all strands of equality: age, disability, gender, religion, race and ethnic origin and sexual orientation.The c2e programme takes on average 15 hours time over a six week period. The on-site assessment and audit takes approximately 3 hours. The c2e programme is available on line, on disc and as a hard copy. The programme is flexible and scaleable and includes:-

An interactive self assessment and help tool. A stepped programme with tools and templates to tailor policy and practice for individual organisations. Support by advisors to assist organisations to adopt and implement good practices. Monitoring mechanisms. Interviews and feedback from employees. A back end needs analysis leading to planned actions and agreed objectives to improve equality practices. Re-audited annually.

The Diversity Assured Accreditation Programme is particularly useful for SME's (+10 employees) and larger organisations who wish to be subcontracts or work directly with Central and Local Government and need to comply with equality and diversity requirements – eg 2012/GLA

The Diversity Footprint ™ is Committed2Equality’s (c2e) Supplier Diversity Certification programme, which results in organisations being awarded a certificate that confirms their ownership, employement profile and their commitment to equality and diversity.

Diversity Footprint certified enables organisations to demonstrate to their customers and sponsors that they are committed to diversity practices. For those looking to work with diversity-aware organisations they will be reassured that the Diversity Footprint accredited organisation is one that they can (and want to) deal with. The Diversity Footprint is particularly useful for membership organisations and smaller SME's (1-10 employees) who wish to be subcontracts or work directly with Central and Local Government and need to comply with equality and diversity requirements – eg 2012/GLA .
