“Committed 2 Equality”, a
not for profit organisation, is supported by a group of
mature senior and experienced business managers of
various nationalities, all of whom are supported by a
specialist research and advisory team selected from
various organisations throughout the United Kingdom.
This team, in their
capacity as business leaders, have, over the years,
gained considerable experience in the various
organisations of both SME and Blue Chip organizations,
many of which have encompassed the equality and
diversity theme.
This experience has
been gained from working in both the manufacturing and
service sectors within the United Kingdom and throughout
the rest of the World.
The experiences
encompass but are not limited to such sectors as: -

the “Committed 2 Equality” programme within the United
Kingdom and Northern Ireland
All of the “Committed 2
Equality” advisors have the ability to transfer
tailored, corporate equality and diversity policies into
UK business at all levels, from the boardroom to the
workplace.
The approach of
“Committed 2 Equality” advisors will be supportive,
rather than prescriptive.
The “Committed 2
Equality” team’s objectives are:-
- To help and
support businesses in the development of their
Equality Policy
- To give specific
impartial advice and support in a meaningful manner
on matters associated with equality issues
- To assist
businesses move forward in line with the “Commitment
2 Equality” programme
- To focus on those
issues that are relevant and important to the
individual business
- To facilitate and
support business owners in evaluating the best
methods for their particular organisation's
workforce, customers and suppliers for the
implementation of the equality agenda
Our advisors are all
carefully chosen for the having right mix of business
experience, interpersonal skills and knowledge of the
equalities’ issues.
They will receive
additional training and support as and when it is deemed
necessary or when requested, throughout the duration of
the programme, as a means of promoting continual
improvement within the “Committed 2 Equality”
supporters.
