The Diversity Footprint ™ is Committed2Equality’s (c2e) Supplier Diversity Certification programme, which results in companies being awarded a certificate that demonstrates their profile and they are serious about their commitment to equality and diversity in the supply chain.

◊	Diversity Footprint certified companies are demonstrating to their customers that they are committed to diversity practices in the workplace. For potential clients looking to work with diversity-aware companies they will be reassured that the Diversity Footprint accredited company is one that they can (and want to) deal with.
◊	2e is the leading diversity accreditation organisation in the UK that will award the Footprint certificate, to companies that have been inspected, which confirms their profile and diversity credentials – the programme is available for all companies in the UK, across Europe and worldwide.
◊	A Diversity Footprint certified company is making a positive public demonstration of its profile and commitment to supplier diversity, declaring how they employ, buy and sub-contract with diversity maintained across the supply chain.
◊	The benefits of achieving the Diversity Footprint certification include being favourably considered by local authorities and public bodies – who have a statutory duty to work with diverse organisations – and when recruiting companies will be making a powerful statement when looking to attract discerning employees who increasingly want to work for ethical companies.
